Privacy
Who is responsible
The controller under the GDPR is the person named in the imprint.
Visiting this website
This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Fonts and photos are part of the site itself, so nothing is loaded from third parties when you visit. This site is hosted by STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When you visit, the web server records technical access data such as IP address, time and requested page in server log files. This is necessary to run and secure the site and to detect attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). According to STRATO, visitors’ IP addresses are stored for a maximum of seven days and are shown anonymised in the log files available to us. We have a data processing agreement with STRATO (Art. 28 GDPR).
Booking requests
The request form does not send data to our server. When you press “Send request”, your email program opens with a pre-filled message. Only when you send that email do we receive your name, email address, phone number (optional), the details of your event and your message. We use them only to answer your request and to prepare a possible booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete them once the request is settled, unless we must keep them for legal reasons, for example tax law. Please note that normal email is not encrypted end to end.
Google Maps
The map on this page is loaded only after you click “Show map”. Then your browser connects to Google (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC), which receives your IP address and may set cookies. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can refuse by not loading the map. More in Google’s privacy policy.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw a consent at any time. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
